Custom Wire Solutions

Start with the connection you need

Share a drawing or sample reference and tell us how the assembly will be used. We will discuss the configuration before confirming a project quotation. Listed pin counts and processing options describe configuration choices; they do not mean every combination is stocked.

Operating conditionsVoltage, current, temperature and environmental requirements for technical confirmation.
QuantityRequired quantity and any sample or repeat-order requirement for discussion.

Configuration options

Wire length, color sequence, pin arrangement and single-ended or double-ended processing can be discussed. Sleeving and adapter requirements should be shown on the drawing. The feasibility of each option depends on the selected model and assembly.

Confirm the mating connection

Pitch alone does not establish compatibility. Confirm the housing, orientation and mating part. In particular, 2.5 mm and 2.54 mm pitches are different and should not be treated as interchangeable.
